Ad-Hoc Support

  • Log support requests / incidents by phone, email, web chat
  • Log and manage support requests / incidents via Online Portal
  • Secure Ad-Hoc remote control of all your computers and servers
  • Remote Support time billed at end of month in 30 minute increments
  • Fixed priced services available on PAYG basis, billed monthly
  • On-Site Support time billed at end of month in 1 hour increments
  • Minor support tasks (password changes, password requests, etc) are low cost, fixed price items
  • Same-Day and Next-Day call-out options available
  • Service Level Agreement and Account Manager for T&M contracts
