Support can be provided using a number of billing methods:

  • Ad-Hoc (Pay as You Go)
  • Pre-Pay for Time. This is the most cost effective for a small business.
  • Block Time. We will commit to a certain amount of time in a period (week or month), and this can be mixed with on-site time or remote support.
  • Managed Service. We become your IT Department & IT Manager. You just pay a fixed fee per device, per month, and we provide unlimited time (see terms) providing support of your systems.
