How Are PS Tech Dealing with COVID-19?

Our offices are open with reduced staff levels. This is so that we can continue logistical operations. The rest of our customer service team and help desk engineers are all working from their respective homes. We use the same tools that we supply and support. This has enabled us to stay in touch with each other and our customers with minimal interruption to the quality or timeliness of our service.
We are offering Video Meeting’s to anyone that wants to talk. Please reach out to us if you need to arrange a Zoom or Teams Meeting to discuss your requirement.
Where on-site service is required, a thorough risk assessment is carried out in advance, and precautions are taken during the visit. If at all possible, we will use collect and return logistical services to ensure the health and safety of all concerned.
All customer equipment that we handle is sanitised before re-packing and shipping.
Even though government is relaxing restrictions, we will continue to take a considered approach to how we deliver our service. We ask for that reason that customers have a realistic expectation of response times and what options are safely possible.
